A radical regatta

“What a radical regatta!” those were the words used by a young onlooker, who stood amazed at the antics of the kite boards and windsurfers. He went on to say that the addition of the Kites and windsurfers to the Big boat regatta is such an obvious choice and wondered why it was never done before. “Its so obvious they never saw it, that’s radical that they just went ahead and DID IT! “

That young man put into words the thoughts of many of the beach goers who witnessed the regatta. Why hasn’t it been done before? Well no need to ask any more, the Tobago Carnival Regatta is here to stay, wind Surfers et al.
